Sarah Wagner graduated from West Virginia University (2003) and the West Virginia University College of Law (2006), where she was a member of the law review. From 2006-2007, Ms. Wagner served as a law clerk for Judge Robert B. King, Circuit Judge for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. She joined Allan N. Karlin & Associates in 2007. Ms. Wagner is a member of the West Virginia Employment Lawyers Association, the West Virginia Association for Justice, and the American Association for Justice.
